[ScryMUD] Release: ScryMUD 2.1.12 (stable)

ScryMUD 2.1.12 (stable) has been officially released.

This release vastly improves telnet protocol support, fixes various bugs 
and simplifies combat back-end processing. There have also been minor 
interface improvements and significant enhancements to player skills.
