[ScryMUD] First post and translation issues

Hi Ernesto,

  I haven't been very careful lately about making sure that things
were being added as language independent references to the language files.
This is due largely to the fact that there hasn't been anyone working on
translation in some time. I would like to continue to support the
multi-language functionality of ScryMUD and I will be more careful with future
code changes.  In addition I'll start cleaning up the hard-coded English
strings a few at a time and whenever I come across them.

As for the login, I'm not entirely sure as to the best way to handle it.
Listing it in multiple languages would be fine if it were just 1 or 2
languages. I'll check the telnet protocol spec out again, it may pass locale
information which would alleviate this problem (if similar support were added
to hegemon)
