Sorry it doesn't follow normal form, haven't fixed the cvs-log -> mail gateway
yet.

Will now compile with gcc-3.3.3. All bets are off on older compilers.
Fixed multi-line string-literals. A renamed class, changed behavior
regarding std:: namespace stuff, etc. code_gen now properly generates
code not in violation of the whole multi-line string-literal crap.
