Gee, how very nice to just up and decide to wipe every single pfile. :P  THanks 
to Grock for at least suggesting that didn't have to happen. While I'd much 
rather some balancing going on than an entire pfile wipe, I'd still like to 
point out not many older characters are uberfied, and those that are really 
don't have much effect on Scry. They don't get in the way of hunting (if even 
any is going on nowadays), they don't leave uber weapons (realtive to new(er) 
players) lying around the ground or gold, and basically they don't leave a 
trace that says "AN UBER PLAYER WAS HERE." The only balance issue I see would 
be if newbies were powerleveled. Now I know that has happened, I probably did a 
fair share of it myself way back when, but I certainly know better now, and I 
think the others do too. And I don't think anyone goes around saying "hey, 
check out my stats! hey, check out <insert sign of uberage>" or whatever. 
Naturally I had to at least suggest this.  :P  As for all the other players who 
without a doubt to anyone have no balance issues, you just want to screw them 
over too? Of course one could say they may never even notice, but that's 
besides the point. So before just utterly and completely destroying the 
countless hours some of us have have spent with Scry, could we please at least 
consider some alternate possibilities? 



Ok that was my main thing, but I suppose some actual suggestions might help. 
The only things that might need to be changed are eq, skills, gold, and stats 
(I think that's it.. all I can recall anyway). Gold shouldn't matter too much 
I'd think, because it's not being used to change the balance on anything. 
Skills could maybe be removed if that'd help, reduce them to just a single 
class list, and make one have to get the rest all over again. To go along with 
this, I suppose pracs could be reduced as well. For stats, I personally don't 
want to even go there for now, for what should be obvious reasons. Eq I guess 
I'm more along the lines of not wanting to touch, but that could stand some 
reductions (emphasis on some), which could be worked out later. How do any of 
those sound?
