In short, yes. Long time players (multi-remort), etc. will probably be
given some sort of little jumpstart package to put them a little ahead
of the curve. A lot of things are going to be very different from
internal mechanics to a deviation from pure hack n' slash. Demi-Godhood
is going away hopefully forever though. And although there *might* be
the long-timer compensation package don't expect it to include
uber-sticks-of-whompage or anything.
