Commenting out the behead command for now. It needs a more defined
role so it doesn't get so abused.

Also I want to makes heads decompose unless they get embalmed. This can
be kinda hard to do though I think... since they can be in a container
on a player that's logged off. Definitely need some kind of timestamp
on them or something.

Also need to make some mobs not produce a head. i.e. the headless.
