[ScryMUD]ScryMUD 2.1.7-stable is Released

Just in case anyone is not aware,, I have decided to let Ed be the
primary mover and shaker of ScryMUD.  I no longer have the time to
dedicate to it, but I am extremely happy to see that others are
actively taking the game to the next level!

I will of course keep up with how things are developing, and may even
contribute the occasional snippet of code!
