Well, when I started 'k lily' would start a fight just like it does now,
since kill is actually an alias for hit.  Realisticly, the combat commands
are going to be used more frequently and in tenser situations than the
socials, which is why I put them first.  We could put socials in first,
but it'd either make Scry a royal pain in the ass to play or we'd have to
have two seperate groups of commands, one that takes higher precedence
than socials, and one that's lower.  That's only slightly better than the
chaos we had before.

I suggest we try it this way and mention to the players that the
abbreviations for commands may have changed slightly, and to try "help
[abbreviation]" if they aren't sure what'll happen.  If Lily turns up dead
more frequently than usual we can re-order them again later.

On a related note, putting socials ahead of other commands would make it
more difficult to make socials that're defined at runtime.  As it is, we
could easily have a fall-through handler that looks for a social matching
any input that doesn't match an actual command.
