Log Message:
Fixed up build process for Hegemon.  It requires that you have
java installed in certain places...but I figure I'll be the only
one compiling it often, and if others want to, then they can set
up their directory structure like me :)

Binary (ie packaged w/JRE) version of Hegemon are now on the web
site ready to be downloaded in installed w/extreme ease.
