[Scrymud] ScryMUD 2.1.4 released.

Just made an official release of ScryMUD 2.1.4.  This includes the new golem spells,
socials, and other clever things that folks have been contributing.  Also
a fix to a memory leak relating to scripts that seems to be the last major
leak, at least for now :)

The code now compiles on RH 7 too, and depending on how the configure
script is able to detect your correct version of gcc, it should
compile on older versions too...
