At the moment, it doesn't. It's only half there, and that half is
untested.  Once done, all you'll have to do is uncomment two lines in
MakeInclude.bh:
#LDLIBS += -lmysqlclient
#CCFLAGS += -DUSEMYSQL

In theory you won't have to do anything to convert your existing database,
but I'm not done with writing so I can't say that with 100% certanty.
